JET-VIP ("we", "our", "the application") takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what information is collected when using the JET-VIP mobile application, how it is used, and what your rights are.

1. What we do not collect

To be clear from the outset: the JET-VIP application does not require you to create an account, collects no payment data, and does not track your precise location. You can use most of the application without providing us with any personal information.

2. Data we collect

2.1 Usage and performance data (automatic)

The application uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (services provided by Google) to understand how the application is used and to detect technical errors. These tools automatically collect:

• Screens viewed and actions taken within the app (e.g., switching tabs)
• Technical information about your device (model, operating system, language)
• In the event of a crash: a technical log allowing us to fix the issue

This data is processed by Google in accordance with its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and is not directly linked to your civil identity. This data is retained for as long as needed for technical analysis, generally up to 14 months.

2.2 Information you choose to share with us

Certain features of the app allow you to contact us directly — always at your own initiative:

• Phone, WhatsApp, email: when you use these buttons, your device opens the corresponding application (phone, WhatsApp, mail client) with a possibly pre-filled message.
• Feedback: if you respond to our question about your experience in the app, no data is transmitted to us unless you subsequently choose to write to us via WhatsApp or email.

2.3 Preferences stored only on your device

The following remain exclusively on your phone and are never transmitted to our servers or to third parties:

• Your favorite aircraft models
• The history of recently viewed models
• Your preferred display language and currency
• Whether you have already seen the welcome screen (onboarding)

Uninstalling the application permanently deletes this information.

2.4 Search and mapping

When you use destination search or the interactive map, your search query may be sent to OpenStreetMap Nominatim, an external geolocation service. Map backgrounds come from OpenStreetMap.

2.5 Weather

Weather data displayed for airports comes from Open-Meteo, a free service that requires no registration.

2.6 Flight simulation (Avinode widget)

The "Simulation" tab displays a widget provided by Avinode, a third-party service specialised in business aviation. Any information you enter into this widget is transmitted directly to Avinode according to their own privacy policy, without passing through our servers.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. The only recipients of data are the technical providers mentioned above (Google/Firebase, OpenStreetMap, Open-Meteo, Avinode), strictly within the scope of the application's operation.

4. International data transfers

Some of our technical providers, notably Google (Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics), may process data on servers located outside the European Union, particularly in the United States. These transfers are governed by the safeguards put in place by Google, including standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. 5. Your rights

In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and object with regard to your personal data. The vast majority of the information mentioned above can be deleted directly by uninstalling the application.

6. Children's privacy

We implement reasonable measures to protect information transmitted via the application. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

This privacy policy may be updated periodically, particularly as the application's features evolve. The date of the last update appears at the top of this document.
